1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

  • Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

2. Products & Availability

  • All plants are living products and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color from photos shown.

  • Availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee that every plant will always be in stock.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full at checkout before an order is processed.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We carefully package plants to ensure safe delivery. However, Walker Texas Gardener is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Care & Responsibility

  • Once plants are delivered in healthy condition, care becomes the responsibility of the customer.

  • We provide care instructions, but we cannot guarantee results as conditions vary by home and environment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Walker Texas Gardener and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Walker Texas Gardener is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
