We do not ship to CA or HI. We do not ship internationally-including U.S. territories-or provide phytosanitary certifications.
    •    Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 days to prepare your order. Once shipped,               orders typically arrive in 5 business days. 
    •    Shipping Method: We ship via USPS/UPS with tracking provided.
    •    Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival on first delivery attempt. If there           are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
    •    Weather Consideration: During extreme heat/cold, we may delay shipping to                    protect your plants. Heat packs or cold packs can be added for an additional fee.
