Refund policy

We guarantee live arrival on first delivery attempt. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

🌱 Refunds & Replacements
    •    Damaged on Arrival: If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please email us at                 WalkerTexasGardeners@gmail.com within 24 hours with clear photos. We’ll                      review and offer a refund, store credit, or replacement if eligible.
    •    No Refunds for Buyer Error: We do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect             addresses, plants damaged due to being left outside, or failure to follow plant                 care instructions.
    •    Non-returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept              returns.

🌼 Cancellations
    •    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your plant                  may already be packed and prepped.

🌾 Plant Care Responsibility
    •    Care instructions will be included or available upon request.
    •    Once received, care is the buyer’s responsibility. We are happy to help with                      questions!

🌻 Custom Orders & Special Requests
    •    We’re happy to accommodate custom orders (plant bundles, rare requests, etc.)            when possible. Please email or DM us before ordering.
